Chicken in Creamy Sauce
Ingredients
8 chicken breasts
1 latge tin sweetcorn
2 condenced tins chicken/mushroom soup
6 slices of bread(crumbed) or french stick
8 tablespoons of mayo
6oz butter or marg
2oz grated cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons curry powder
seasoning
Method
cut chicken in 1/2 and fry, add seasoning(only a little salt) put into cass.dish add sweetcorn
mix together soup,curry powder, mayo, lemon juice – pour over chicken
melt butter add bread crumbs and cheese – sprinkle on top
put in oven for 30-60 mins at 170
