Reading Group
The Reading Group meets at member’s home on the first Monday of the month 1.30pm to 3.30pm to discuss and share opinions on a chosen book in a friendly social atmosphere over coffee and biscuits.

The group chooses from a wide range of titles from the easy to the more serious, from classics to biographies to historical novels. Authors chosen recently for example, have included Elizabeth Gaskell, Jane Austen, Wilkie Collins, Scott Fitz Gerald, Margaret Allwood, Iain Mc.Ewan and Joanna Trollope.
