The Bridge Club
The Bridge Club, formed in 2003, currently has eight members but new members would be very welcome. We meet on Tuesdays for a light lunch and then Bridge in the afternoon, a different venue is chosen each week in a member’s home and an experienced player is usually on hand to offer advice and to help to teach new players the game.
At the moment we are experimenting with a plan to get our partners to join us about once a month on a week-end evening for supper and Bridge. This idea has been received quite well.
Although our Bridge is taken seriously, it is not too intense and the group is very friendly.
