Discussion Group
The idea of the group is to stretch minds and exchange views on both current and past affairs. The meetings are held once a month at a member’s home and are usually followed by lunch, at a nearby restaurant.

The subjects for discussion are chosen by consensus of the group. At our last discussion group meeting the following topics were ones which we decided we would like to discuss in the Autum/Winter:
Chasseurs and nature
Low cost airlines the ruin of our country or the saviours of the regions?
Gay adoption
Migrant workers
Abortion
Immigration
Homosexuality
‘Older and Wise’?
The meetings are chaired by a volunteer chairman, who changes on a regular basis.
