Cheese and Pesto Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS
8 large mushrooms (can be dome with small one too)
Pesto
Cheese(what ever type you prefer or have to hand)
METHOD
Pre heat oven 200/400/gas6
Remove stalks from mushrooms
Fill with Pesto
Grate cheese on the top
Bake in oven for 20 mins ( or till mushroom is cooked)
