Chocolate Chip Cookie Dessert
INGREDIENTS
2 Packets of Chocolate Chip Cookies
I tin of custard (Ambose Devon Custerd – from champion)
10fld oz whipping cream
Mixed nuts (optional)
Cadbury flake (decoration)
Sherry (or similar)
METHOD
Crumble one pack of cookies in bottom of dish
Cover with sherry and sprinkle with nuts (optional)
Whip cream and mix in custard together. Pour half over soaked cookies.
Crumble second packet of cookies and sprinkle over cream mixture
Pour on remaining cream mixture and decorate with crumble flake
