ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS

ENGLISH/FRENCH BILINGUAL MEETING L’ISLE JOURDAIN

You could be the person who opens the door to a new, sober life for an alcoholic. Alcoholism is not a weakness – it is a treatable disease. There is hope and recovery.

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help one another to recover from alcoholism.

The only requirement for AA membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self supporting through our own contributions. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination or politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and to help other alcoholics achieve sobriety.

We are a small bilingual group in the Gers (our default language is English).

If you would like more information, or just to talk about what recovery means, please call John: 0660588978 .
If we can help – weekly meeting Monday nights at 20.00h
Centre Social,
avenue du Courdé,
32600 L’Isle Jourdain
