Grapevine
Our magazine is called ‘Grapevine’, it’s published three times a year – March, July and November and sent by post to members.
The magazine likes to reflect the diversity of our membership and produces articles about member’s lives and adventures. The ‘Snippets’ pages give you ‘snips’ of information, and on the Community pages you’ll find contact numbers for the Scouts and Guides and the British Consulate to name a few – but you’ll also find a classified advert section for smaller companies and TWIG members.
You’ll always find articles about food and eating – either on the Rachel’s Recipe page or if someone has submitted a restaurant critique and TWIG Activities gives you details of the events organised over the coming months.
We’re lucky to have members who enjoy writing about their lives and experiences – and look forward to reading about exotic holidays, visits to vine yards in France or animal reserves in Africa.
Your contributions are always welcome and don’t worry if ‘you can’t put it into words’ – the editor can help you put your thoughts onto paper. Whatever your area of interest we’re always happy to hear from you.
If you prefer your information via email ‘Stop Press’ has a different ‘feel’ from the magazine. It is sent by email to the members to keep you updated – it’ll remind you about future TWIG events and let you know of any important developments.
