Our three chosen charities for this year, as voted by members at the AGM, to receive donations from the TWIG 2018 CHRISTMAS FAIR are: Action Froid an association that helps the homeless around Toulouse, BRACE a small Bristol based charity who raise funds to support dementia research and Callum’s Cabin who offer family holidays on the Isle of Bute in Scotland for children suffering with cancer.

BIRTHDAY FIZZ held on 8th March, coincidentally International Women’s Day, celebrating 33 years of TWIG. Thank you to Mary Budgen and Tara Knight for organising a tasty lunchtime menu at the D’Artagnan restaurant in L’Isle Jourdain.

The TWIG CHRISTMAS LUNCH was enjoyed by all at the Brasserie Les Pins Galants in Tournefeuille. Thank you to Sally Burridge for organising a fun event.

Thank you to everyone who came along and supported the TWIG 2017 CHRISTMAS FAIR – the three charities who were voted by members to benefit from the fair were Chats du Quercy who find the right home for cats who have been abandoned, mistreated or can no longer be cared for by their owner, Voile Handi Valide who give people of all ages with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy a safe and pleasurable experience of sailing and Enfance Adolescence et Diabete who aid children living with mellitus diabetes to incorporate it into their everyday lives.
